What Do We Offer?


Included in what we offer, we have an excellent Language Laboratory at the school, which is linked to our Learning System with unlimited learning material. Students can use this after class for practice for free – there is no extra cost.

General English

Communicate comfortably in an English-speaking environment.

Lessons: 20 hours per week:

Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m

 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.

Business English

Communicate confidently in everyday business situations (work or career) - also social connection with business colleagues.

Lessons: 30 hours per week:

9.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m - General English class

2.00 p.m - 4.00 p.m - Business English class

Exam English

Preparation for international English exams, such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, The Cambridge Suite (FCE, CAE, CPE)

Lessons: 30 hours per week:

9.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m - General English class

2.00 p.m - 4.00 p.m - Exam Preparation class



We provide and arrange accommodation for you, if you need it. Our school is in Observatory (Obs), 3 kilometres from the Cape Town city centre, with good transport. All of our accommodation in Observatory, is well-kept, safe and only a few minutes’ walk to our school. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, medical services and anything else you need, close by. We use Homestays (your host also lives in the house), Student Houses and Dormitories at backpackers. All facilities (kitchen, laundry, garden, wi-fi etc.) in Homestays, Student Houses and Backpackers, are for your use. Homestays normally provide a light breakfast each day. Student houses may ask for small additional amounts for electricity from time to time, depending on the number of people staying in the house.

The weekly costs are:

Except for dormitories in backpackers, stays of 2 weeks or less will be subject to a surcharge of 15%.

Student house accommodation may be subject to a small extra charge for electricity’.

We will ask for a non-refundable Deposit to be paid in advance of beginning your course.

Please ask us for the amount of your Deposit - this will be deducted from the full course fees, and the balance of the fees are payable after you arrive at the school, on presentation of an invoice.

Airport Transfer

We will fetch you on arrival at Cape Town International Airport, and take you to our accommodation, at the following prices:

  • If your course is 9 weeks or longer, the price is ZAR 120,00.
  • If your course is shorter than 9 weeks, the price is ZAR 180,00.
